• Is the Vacuum running? – If not, check that the wall outlet works by plugging in another appliance. If the wall unit is working contact Advantage Vacuums for suggestions for your Beam Vacuum Repair
• Does the vacuum have good suction at the end of the hose? – Check hose for clog by plugging it directly into the wall inlet valve and disconnecting it from any accessory or wand. If still no suction, check filters and hoses for clogs and debris and make sure the bag or dirt receptacle isn’t full. If you detect a clog in the hose use something like a garden hose to push clog through the other end.
• Does it have good suction at the wall connection? – If not, check filters for debris and make sure the bag or dirt receptacle isn’t full. 
• Does the Electric Brush unit work? – If not check that all the plugs along the hoses are attached. If they are all attached there may be a short in the system and your vacuum probably needs a Beam Vacuum Repair.
